Refund policy

A huge amount of love goes in to creating these pieces and I hope you adore them.  We would appreciate feedback if you are unhappy with your purchase and would welcome the opportunity to see what can be done to rectify this.  Please do get in touch on davidlonergan@live.co.uk.

If pieces are damaged during postage please do get in touch immediately with photos of the damage.  As all items are individual it will not be possible to replace exactly so we can discuss the best option for replacement/refund.
